Welcome to the module, Advanced Aspects in Management (CBM503).  

Module Description 

This module focuses on identifying and understanding forces that help organisations to be highly competitive in an ever changing business environment. It looks at theoretical concepts and framework which companies can use to analyse the internal and external environment.  In addition, the module looks at the fundamentals of strategic management from strategy direction, strategy development and formulation and strategy implementation. The module build ideas, concepts and theories drawn from functional areas like Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Economic and Statistics, hence you are expected to have prior knowledge of the above mentioned areas.

Course Outcomes 

 After the completion of this module, you are expected to gain the following skills:
